Description

PRODUCT FEATURES

When we started thinking about a formulation hinged around the four mushrooms Ganoderma, Cordyceps, Shiitake, and Maitake, there were no traditional formulas to draw inspiration from and at the same time satisfy us; so we created EIKES+G around the concept of synergy to offer our customers and friends something extra. Cordyceps has tonic action and metabolic support. Shitake is used for its action on the body's natural defenses.

Among the most widely used medicinal mushroom varieties EIKES+G contains as many as four different qualities, Ganoderma lucidum, Cordyceps sinensis, Lentinus edodes, and Grifola frondosa. This formula and combination, represents, in our opinion and experience the optimum that can be achieved while maintaining significant dosages without distorting the intrinsic characteristics of the mushrooms.

Our herbal tea products are designed and created precisely in accordance with the ways in which therapeutic mushrooms are used by Traditional Chinese Medicine according to the dictates of which they have always been administered with hot water or in the form of extracts. We take particular care not to unbalance too much the part of B-glucans with respect to the rest and that is to the phytocomplex (fruiting body-spore-mycelium) so as to emphasize, also thanks to masterful processing the characteristics of each constituent by enhancing synergies as much as possible. The characteristics of EIKES+G are also enhanced by as many as two different extracts of GANODERMA (REISHI), the mushroom and the spores.

References and directions to TCM are in no way intended to be a substitute for Western medicine, medical advice and a varied diet. In traditional Chinese medicine, Reishi is classified as having a cooling thermal effect and is used for its Qi tonifying action. Because of its TRITERPENES, polysaccharides and nucleosides such as ADENOSINE and traditional ability to make synergy with the action of the other three mushrooms, it has always been widely used in Eastern medicine.
