PRODUCT DELIVERY

HOPISPHARMA SAS will deliver the products ordered by customers, to the address indicated in the order, (as indicated in the previous article, by couriers.
The purchased goods will be delivered within the terms of Article 6 of Italian Law by Decree 206/05. The supplier has no liability for delays or non-deliveries attributable to Acts of God or unforeseeable circumstances. Upon reception of the goods, the customer is required to verify that products are compliant with the order placed; only after such verification, and without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided in point 8, the customer will have to sign the delivery notes.
At delivery, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and that quantity and quality of the goods are compliant with the accompanying documents. In the event of discrepancies, they must be reported on the accompanying documents and notified in writing, within ten days, by fax to +39 0522829794 or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to HOPISPHARMA SAS OF BERTAZZONI DR ENRICO Via della Previdenza sociale No.3 42124 Reggio Emilia . Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be verified within seven days of receipt. If any hidden abnormalities are found, they should be reported in writing by fax or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address above. Any complaints beyond these terms will not be considered. The customer shall take full responsibility for any statement released.
Home deliveries, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place on the ground floor and in office hours: from 8.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., every day, public holidays excluded, Monday to Friday. The customer is required to be available at the times described in point 3.4, in order to avoid any additional charges for non-deliveries by the express courier. Such charges will be borne by the customer.
HOPISPHARMA SAS is not accountable for any damage to the purchased products caused by the courier.

STANDARD DELIVERY IN ITALY – 8.00 Euros

Delivery in 24-48 hours on business days.
Standard shipping to Italy free of charge for orders over EUR 40. If the order is placed on
Friday, delivery times will be counted from Monday, excluding public holidays.

STANDARD DELIVERY IN EUROPE 35.00 Euros

excluding Liechtenstein, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary and Norway: for these countries the standard delivery cost is 35 euros.
Deliveries within the EU market take place in 24/48 hours on business days excluding the day when the order is placed.
Free delivery to Europe with orders over EUR 200, excluding Liechtenstein, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary and Norway
